BOOK A CONSULTATION

A first conversation should help you understand the situation, not rush you into a decision.

Use the consultation to explain what has changed, what you already have and what questions you want to answer.

Who the conversation is for

The consultation is suitable for professionals, families and business owners in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario who want to review questions related to life and health insurance, workplace benefits, employee benefits, business protection, existing policies, or eligible registered and non-registered investment options.

You do not need to know which product you need before booking. In many cases, the useful starting point is simply understanding what you already have and what has changed.

Topics we can discuss

  • Workplace benefits and what may change when employment changes
  • Life, critical illness and disability insurance
  • Existing-policy reviews
  • Business-owner and key-person considerations
  • Employee benefit options for businesses
  • RRSP, TFSA, FHSA, RESP and RDSP questions
  • Eligible non-registered investment-option questions
  • Coordination questions that may require input from an accountant, lawyer or tax professional

What you may want to have available

You do not need to send sensitive information through the website. If useful, you can have copies of existing policy summaries, workplace-benefit booklets, account statements or business documents available during a secure meeting. Do not email Social Insurance Numbers, medical records, passwords or full account credentials.

What happens after booking

You will choose an available time through the scheduling service. During the conversation, we will clarify your questions and determine whether a more detailed review is useful. Personal recommendations require an appropriate needs, suitability, eligibility and licensing review.

The consultation is educational and no pressure. A meeting does not assume that a new product, policy replacement or account change will be appropriate.
